Prospero
Prospero was an open source Internet Document Delivery system which allowed libraries to use the Web to distribute documents direct to a customer's desktop. It was one of the first systems which ushered in the age of web document delviery.

Biomedical Journal Title Search
The Title Search service searches over 8,000 titles, including 3,854 titles currently indexed for MEDLINE. This service can assist in converting the full title of a biomedical journal to an abbreviation or, from an abbreviation into the full title.
