       From the first day Prospero was released until March 11, 2002, our download page contained a field which provided each down loader the option of entering their institution's name. From March 11, 2002 and Feb 24, 2003 the download form had a field of entering their insitution name, however, this information was never gathered. In all cases, entering institutional information was not required to download the software, was completely optional, and the institution identified was never verified.
